There's an LJ community called help_haiti, which is basically holding a huge fanfic auction in exchange for donations to diverse charities that give aid to the earthquake victims in Haiti.

I'm offering to record 1 fanfic of your choice: whether it's your or someone else's (as long as you have permision), or to write and record a song regarding the topic of your preference in exchange for a donation to one of the charities listed in the community. Now Yahoo are closing Geocities down. There's no final date yet - just "soon". Info Here

since february we have been putting this new archive (www.fanfiction-junkies.de/efiction) together. So far we have more than 1500 stories archived and 314 registered members.

I think things are doing great so far in this short period. But we're no where near of being maxed out on space and traffic so everybody is welcome to post or/and read. We have a few fandoms registered but are mostly focussing on CSI-GSR stories... if you have suggestions for other (non CSI) fandoms please contact us and we'll see if we can add it.


In the moment we are working on the skins, we want a new header and a slogan. Please consider this an open invitation to make suggestions.
We are looking for a GSR-related slogan or/and welcome message. Short but poignant.

And a request. If anyone has stories from the old grissomandsara.com website saved on their pc, can you send them to us? we would love to archive them here.
