I'll post now my intention to start capping these so that no one else will perform the same and we'll end up double-capping..... Caps to go here [ ] EDITED TO ADD.... addressing each possible sighting in the order of your post: 1. SLL: [attachment=18994:attachment]. I see it's picture of something. I don't see a Butterfly or a BID. 2. Bully For You : Is this the cap you were thinking of? I don't see either a BID or Grissom'sBuddies.[attachment=18995:attachment] 3. I don't see a butterfly in a jar. I see a frog, a piggie, some nasty eye-balls. I watched the whole CSI tour, where did you see the butterfly in a jar? Double Post...
In light of the numerous requests to cap possible, possible sightings, should I put up a tutorial somewhere on how to make caps? I know how to make them off of DVD's using WinDVD, and off of Mpegs/Divx/.avi using BSPlayerPro. I can post a link to the site about how to make caps using these programs. If anyone knows how to make them using other methods, I'll post all those methods too. I have copies of both WinDVD, and BSPlayerPro if anyone wants them, PM me, and I'll AIM/Yahoo them to you (hopefully they'll work). I understand some people don't have DVD players on their PC and so they're not able to cap off DVD's. The only alternative I know is to pull them off .mpeg/.avi/.divx copies.... Still, does anyone think a tutorial is wanted/needed? |

I think a tutorial would be good.
I don't have a DVD drive on my computer, and also don't have any eps except S5 as .mpeg or.avi files, so no go there... Sorry. As for Dany's sightings - I don't see a Butterfly or a BIDS in the pic of SLL. In Bully... I think that's a trantula in a glass case, it does have eight legs (and as we haven't seen Grissom's since S1... someone didn't feed it, huh? RIP Griss' little spider...). edited, since I CSS today. ETA the second: re the tutorial - maybe someone explained it over in the A/V help thread? Would save some time if you could just post a link to there... I admit that the first one is nothing. The second one... I know it's hard to find and that's not the right pic either. I'll go hunting through the sites, maybe I'll find a screencap. They show Grissom on the left side of the screen from the front, not the side and then go over his left shoulder I think. There is the metal storage board. On there it should be. About the last one, I'm really sure there was a butterfly. When they begin to go around it's actually the first jar I think. It's huge and it was orange/red. I don't have the DVDs since I rented them, but I'll rent them again to look. I'll try to get to my brother's computer, which has a DVD player, but even if that works, I don't know how to make caps. I did find BfY, but there were no caps from him in the office. ETA2: I must have gotten a whack in the head. I apologize to LS and gglovebug for making them work so hard when the solution could have been so easy. I'm really sorry. I found this on WPAP. It was in Grissom's office on the season 2 part 1 DVD extras (Tour around the set).
